Mark Belcher
President

Mark spent the first phase of his career working in a number of management positions in operations and Information Technology at Southeastern Bank in Darien, Georgia. He oversaw the transformation of the IT department from an exclusive IBM mid-range environment to a full integrated network infrastructure operating fifteen locations in two states. During this time, the bank acquired numerous smaller banks and Mark was in charge of all IT conversions and integrations.
Mark has a B.S. in Management from Jacksonville University and is Microsoft and IBM Certified.

Tina Belcher
Office Manager

Tina spent the first phase of her career working in a number of management positions in operations at First National (AKA SunTrust Bank, Brunswick, Georgia) and Southeastern Bank in Darien, Georgia. She oversaw the proof department staffs, managed proof operations, and was later cashier.
Tina handles all back office and administration activities for MLBA.
Tina has a B.S. in Management from Georgia Southern University in Statesboro, Georgia.

Ben Smith
Vice President, Systems Engineer

Ben spent the first phase of his career working as a network administrator at Pembroke Telephone Company in Pembroke, GA. His duties included managing the corporate network and developing the structure for PTC’s PC repair subsidiary. Ben skills include Microsoft technologies and Fortinet security technologies.
Ben has a B.S. in Information Technology from Walden University and is Microsoft and A+ Certified.

Carole Williams
Administration Assistant

Carole joined MLBA in June 2024 in the Administration Department. A former educator, Carole spent half of her education career as a media specialist in the Camden County School System. She holds a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Education from Valdosta State University, and a Specialist Degree in Instructional Technology from the University of Georgia.

Chris Clifton
Assistant Vice President / Systems Engineer

Chris joined MLBA in April, 2017. He has worked in IT for several years in the Technical College System and for a local Federal Credit Union. Chris has practical experience in Microsoft environments, systems and integration, PC and server troubleshooting and network operations.
Chris is a graduate of Georgia Southern University in Statesboro, GA, with a degree in Information Technology. He is Microsoft Certified.

Hensell Harris
Sr. Network Engineer

Hensell joined the MLBA team in October, 2013. Previously, he worked as a Network Engineer with Sea Island Company and TDS Telecom. He has over 20 years’ experience with Cisco networks and is proficient in Fortinet firewall configurations and installations. Hensell has Cisco CCNA and CCDA certifications.
Hensell is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, Georgia, with a degree in Computer Engineering.

Isabella Thomas
Jr. Systems Engineer

Isabella began her career at MLBA as a part-time team member while attending college. She transitioned to a full-time role in 2022 after graduation and now serves as an Assistant Systems Engineer.
She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a concentration in Accounting from the College of Coastal Georgia. Isabella is A+ and Microsoft certified and contributes to system maintenance, troubleshooting, and client support across Microsoft environments.

Trey Buie
Telecommunications Specialist / Systems Engineer

Trey is a United States Air Force veteran with nine years of service focusing on telecommunications. Additionally, Trey worked for Sea Island Company for an additional 10 years specializing in business communications systems. He joined MLBA in July, 2014 and has extensive low voltage experience, in addition to providing network support in all Microsoft Windows environments. Trey has an A+ certification and is Microsoft certified.

James Smith
Certified Apple Specialist

James joined the MLBA team in the Summer of 2022. He has experience in sales and worked as a Certified Apple Technician for 6 years in diagnosing troubleshooting and repairs, with Apple Certifications for Mac, iOS technology and Mac integration. He has a A.S. degree in Computer Science from the College of Coastal Georgia.

Mike Thomas
Certified LVT / Network Infrastructure Engineer

Michael joined MLBA in June, 2018. He is experienced in IT Infrastructure working for several years with a local fire/alarm company and also worked for the Brunswick Police Department for 10 years. Michael has experience with IT Infrastructure cabling including Ethernet and Fiber as well as with wireless and surveillance technologies.
Michael has a State of Georgia Low Voltage Telecommunications License.

Patrick Witherow
Systems Engineer

Patrick joined MLBA in November 2024. Before his current role, Patrick worked with both MAP International and Southeast Georgia Health System, gaining valuable experience in mission driven nonprofit operations and large scale healthcare environments. Patrick has experience in application deployment, server virtualization, as well as mobile device management. He is Microsoft Certified.
Patrick holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems and a Master of Business Administration from Georgia Southern University.

Tripp Goeldner
Jr. Systems Engineer

Tripp began his career working in the public sector supporting county government IT operations, where he gained hands-on experience in hardware maintenance, software deployment, systems administration, and network troubleshooting. He joined the MLBA team in 2023 and contributes by serving and managing client IT infrastructure both remotely and onsite, delivering tailored solutions across a diverse client base.
Tripp is a graduate of Florida State University with a degree in Management Information Systems and holds CompTIA A+ and Microsoft certifications.

Will Medders
Jr. SOC Analyst

Will joined the MLBA team in November 2025 as a Junior SOC Analyst. He focuses on SOC operations and incident response, supporting the team in monitoring, detecting, and responding to security threats.
He is on track to graduate in 2026 with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Cyber Defense from the College of Coastal Georgia. Will holds multiple cybersecurity certifications, including CompTIA Security+ and various ECCouncil certifications.

Christopher Vinson
Systems Engineer

Christopher joined the MLBA team in January 2026. He previously spent 20 years with the Southeast Georgia Health System Information Systems department, specializing in server and software administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting. He brings extensive experience with virtualized server environments and application delivery platforms.
Christopher holds an A.A.S. in Information Technology from the College of Coastal Georgia and is CompTIA A+ certified.
